St George Bank Melbourne Marathon
St. George Bank, the naming rights partner of the St. George Melbourne Marathon, has supported this iconic community event for the past 2 years. The marathon provides St. George with the opportunity to engage with the Victorian community at a deeper level in the lead in and throughout the Melbourne Marathon Festival.
Willett Marketing assisted with a range of leveraging activity conducted over the Marathon period to promote the partnership and add value to participant’s experience. This included:
• Conducting a consumer promotion offering a unique money can’t buy prize
• Utilising St. George Melbourne Marathon Ambassador Steve Moneghetti to engage with staff and consumer promotion winners
• Providing gifts for Marathon participants
• Creation of St. George zones at the MCG for consumers and staff
