Estrella Damm Gastronomy Congress
In 2017 Estrella Damm presented their sixth Gastronomy Congress in Melbourne coinciding with the World’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards. The one-of-a-kind experience featured some the world’s best chefs, including the 2016 World’s 50 Best Restaurants no. 2 winner Joan Roca, and was MC’d by Alice Zaslavsky.
Having been held in cities around the world including London and Miami, the Gastronomy Congress was a unique and exclusive live event. We explored the theme of high creativity, featuring culinary skills and demonstrations, in the event to 322 attendees at Atlantic Wharf.
We collaborated with design firm Curious by Design to create an Estrella Damm pop-up bar that featured over 3 days at the Gastronomy Congress, the Chef’s Feast at the West Beach Bathers Pavilion, to the World’s 50 Best Restaurant Awards in the Royal Exhibition Building.
