Some conversations deserve more than a boardroom.

For SEEK, we curated a two-day retreat designed to bring people together, swapping busy schedules for fresh air, good food and conversation.

Our destination? Osborn House in the NSW Southern Highlands. Surrounded by rolling countryside and towering gums, the secluded estate offered the perfect backdrop to step away from the everyday and lean into connection.

Behind the scenes, every detail was carefully considered. From personalised itineraries and travel arrangements to transfers and thoughtful gifting for 30 attendees.

Across two days, guests moved between content sessions, shared meals and relaxed moments designed to spark conversation and connection.

Highlights included a traditional barbecue cooking experience in the Highlands and an intimate three-course dinner with wine pairings at Bendooley Estate

The result?
